Theressa Slind's fiction has appeared in Prairie Fire, The Malahat Review, The New Quarterly, Grain and elsewhere. Her debut story story collection, Only If We’re Caught (Thistledown Press), has been shortlisted for three 2022 Saskatchewan Book Awards, including Book of the Year.

She grew up on a grain farm in Treaty 4 territory in east-central Saskatchewan and attended the University of Saskatchewan and McGill University. She's a librarian by day, writer by early morning, and lives in Saskatoon with her delightful family.
